Kilchoman Sauternes Cask 2016 Smokehead notes of buttery toffeeDistilled in 2010 and released in September 2016, the Sauternes Cask Matured is limited to just 6,000 bottles worldwide. It follows the Port (2014) and Madeira (2015) cask matured expressions and continues Kilchoman's approach to small batch, full term maturation, as opposed to the more common practice of finishing whisky for shorter periods in uncommon casks. Bottled at 50%.
